Thank you for shopping with Veyora. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods or high-demand launches, processing times may be extended due to high volume of orders. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Please allow for processing time in addition to the delivery estimates below.

Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
High Volume Delays
Due to high volume of orders, shipping and fulfillment times may occasionally exceed the estimated timeframes listed above. We appreciate your patience and are working to get every order out as quickly as possible.
You must allow a minimum of 28 days (4 weeks) from the date of purchase before contacting us about a missing or delayed order. The vast majority of orders arrive within this window.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update, as carriers may not scan the package immediately.
If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the status of your shipment.
Shipping Costs
- Orders that qualify for free shipping (as indicated at checkout) will not be charged any shipping fees.
- For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return or refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside of the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product pricing or shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realize your address is incorrect after placing your order, contact us immediately at the email below. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been fulfilled.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 28 days of purchase, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution.
- Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as stolen. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation at checkout if available.
- Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will reship a replacement or issue a refund.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We currently ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
